ANTI-SEIZING AND LUBRIFICATION

DryLub treatments, with their specific solid lubricant characteristics, intervene in addition to or instead of conventional lubrication when the latter is poor of insufficient due to high loads, high temperature and prolonged breakdown.

DryLub treatments, avoid direct, metal-on-metal contact between the treated component and its antagonist, drastically reducing adhesive wear and considerably lowering the risk of any seizing.

A production cycle performed at low temperatures means that metals and alloys sensitive to heat deformation or components with very restricted dimensional tolerances can also be treated.
The main advantages of DryLub treatments can be summarised as follows:

  • reduction of heat and noise generated by friction
